Iman Al Hajri is the Quality Management Officer at the Foundation Institute, University of Nizwa. Along with her dedication towards enhancing the quality of teaching and learning at the General Foundation Program level, her main area of academic interest in in Applied Linguistics and English as a Lingua Franca and its pedagogic implications.

Al Hajri holds a Bachelor of Education in English from the University of Nizwa. She has also completed over 10 MA course focused on Applied Linguistics from the University of Vienna, Austria. She has extensive experience in quality management for Omani General Foundation Programs and most importantly in teaching English to speakers of other languages. She has also gained experience in both coordinating and teaching TOEFL preparation courses and assessment in English. Al Hajri is passionate about language and speaks three fluently. She is currently learning German in her free time.
